Why CodeSizzler

A Team of Builders, Not Consultants

We get our hands dirty in production code. Every role here touches live enterprise systems, real clients, and cutting-edge Microsoft AI technology — with mentors who have shipped the same.

Real Projects, Real Impact

No endless POCs. We deploy multi-agent systems, enterprise data lakehouses, and Copilot extensions into production — for clients like ExxonMobil, AIG, and fast-scaling startups across six industries.

MVP & MCT Mentors

Learn directly from Microsoft MVPs and MCT Community Leads. We run internal Azure workshops, sponsor certifications, and actively shape the Microsoft tech community across India and UAE.

Azure-First Stack

Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, Power Platform — you'll build with the full Microsoft AI ecosystem at the enterprise scale that sharpens careers and earns certifications.

Azure Data Engineer
🌐 Remote ⏱ 5+ Years ● Actively Hiring

Own data engineering delivery for enterprise clients. You'll design and build scalable Azure data platforms — from raw ingestion to BI-ready Gold layers — and collaborate closely with our AI team to wire the data foundations that power our agent products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end Azure data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric
  • Build Medallion (Bronze → Silver → Gold) Lakehouse architectures on Delta Lake and OneLake
  • Develop semantic models, Power BI reports, and real-time dashboards for enterprise stakeholders
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to create feature stores and training data pipelines for GenAI agents
  • Lead client-facing technical discussions, estimate project scope, and mentor junior engineers
  • Contribute to internal accelerators — reusable pipeline templates, CI/CD patterns, and IaC modules

Requirements

  • 5+ years in cloud data engineering (Azure preferred: ADF, Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks)
  • Strong SQL, PySpark, and Python; hands-on experience with Delta Lake and Lakehouse patterns
  • Microsoft DP-203 or DP-600 certified — or actively pursuing within 90 days of joining
  • Hands-on Power BI development including complex DAX and dataset optimisation
  • Fluent English communication skills; prior client-facing or consulting experience is a strong plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric workspaces, Eventhouse, or Real-Time Intelligence
  • Exposure to AI/ML feature engineering or MLflow on Databricks
  • Familiarity with dbt, Great Expectations, or similar data quality tooling

AI Engineer — GenAI & Multi-Agent Systems
📍 Bangalore, India 🏢 Hybrid ⏱ 3–8 Years ● Actively Hiring

Ship production-grade AI agents for enterprise clients. You'll own the full cycle — from designing multi-agent orchestration patterns to deploying stateful Copilot Studio extensions and RAG pipelines on Azure. Less "demo engineer", more "AI systems engineer".

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build multi-agent systems using Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or LangGraph
  • Build and extend Copilot Studio solutions, custom connectors, and Microsoft 365 Copilot plugins
  • Implement RAG pipelines with Azure AI Search, vector embeddings, and stateful memory management
  • Deploy AI workloads on Azure Container Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure AI Foundry
  • Collaborate with data engineers to wire agent tools to enterprise data sources and APIs
  • Own AI solution delivery end-to-end — PoC, architecture review, production deployment, and post-go-live support

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of software engineering; 2+ years building GenAI or LLM applications in production
  • Deep hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service; familiarity with Semantic Kernel or LangChain
  • Proficiency in Python — FastAPI, async patterns, and containerisation (Docker / Azure Container Apps)
  • Practical knowledge of prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and agentic orchestration patterns
  • Experience with vector databases (Azure AI Search, Qdrant, pgvector) and embedding pipelines

Nice to Have

  • Copilot Studio builds — custom topics, Power Automate connectors, Teams channel deployment
  • Microsoft AI-900 / AI-102 certified; or Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
  • Open-source contributions to AI tooling or published agent demos on GitHub
  • Experience with Responsible AI frameworks and Azure AI Content Safety integration
