CodeSizzler conducted a full LLMOps cost audit — mapping every agent workflow to its actual token consumption, latency profile, and business value. We introduced a multi-model routing strategy: high-complexity reasoning tasks stayed on GPT-4o while simpler classification and extraction tasks were routed to GPT-4o-mini, reducing per-call cost by 70% on those flows. Enterprise Infrastructure Migration to Azure

Ensono, a leading managed services provider operating across the US and India, needed to migrate a complex on-premises infrastructure estate — spanning hundreds of VMs, legacy databases, and workloads across multiple data centres — to Azure. The challenge was zero-downtime migration with no disruption to Ensono's own client SLAs while managing complex dependency chains across the estate.

CodeSizzler led the end-to-end migration programme using Azure Migrate for assessment, Azure Site Recovery for lift-and-shift workloads, and a wave-based migration approach that sequenced workloads by dependency tier. Database workloads were migrated using Azure Database Migration Service, while stateful application tiers were re-platformed onto Azure Virtual Machine Scale Sets with auto-scaling policies configured from day one.

Landing zone design followed the Azure Cloud Adoption Framework — with hub-and-spoke networking, Azure Firewall, private endpoints for all PaaS services, and Azure Policy guardrails enforced across all subscriptions. Post-migration, we established a full Azure Monitor and Defender for Cloud baseline, giving Ensono's operations team complete observability over the migrated estate.

Migration completed across all waves with zero unplanned downtime. Infrastructure costs reduced by 40% through right-sizing, reserved instances, and elimination of idle resources. The migrated estate now operates at 99.9% uptime with automated failover policies in place.

NPCC (National Petroleum Construction Company), one of the largest construction and engineering companies in Abu Dhabi, operated critical project management, ERP, and operational systems entirely on-premises. Regulatory and data sovereignty requirements meant a full public cloud migration was not an option — but they needed cloud agility, scalability, and modern services for their rapidly growing project portfolio across the GCC.

CodeSizzler designed and deployed a purpose-built hybrid cloud architecture using Azure Arc to extend Azure management and governance to NPCC's on-premises servers — giving them Azure Policy, Azure Monitor, and Defender for Cloud coverage across their existing estate without lifting a single VM. Azure ExpressRoute was provisioned for a private, low-latency connection between NPCC's Abu Dhabi data centre and Azure UAE North.

Selected workloads were lifted to Azure while sensitive project data remained on-premises — with Microsoft Entra ID handling unified hybrid identity across both environments. Azure Stack was deployed for workloads that required local processing but cloud-consistent management. Azure Site Recovery was configured for on-premises VM backup and DR to Azure.

NPCC gained cloud agility without compromising data sovereignty. The hybrid environment delivered a 35% reduction in operational infrastructure costs, eliminated manual backup processes, and gave their IT team a single pane of glass across on-premises and cloud via Azure Arc and Azure Monitor.

CodeSizzler is a Microsoft Solution Partner and Copilot Accelerator registered in India, with offices in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India and Sharjah, UAE. We deliver AI agents, data platforms, Power Platform solutions, and cloud infrastructure services to enterprise clients globally. 2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Contact & enquiry forms — your name, business email address, and any message you submit through our website or booking forms.
  • Newsletter subscription — your email address when you opt in to receive updates from us.
  • Usage data — anonymised browsing behaviour, page visits, and referral sources collected via analytics tools to help us improve the website.
  • Communications — records of emails or messages you send us when engaging with our team.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial information, or data from minors under 16.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To send newsletters or product updates you have subscribed to

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate our website and deliver communications:

  • Formspree — processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our inbox
  • Microsoft 365 — internal communication and CRM
  • Analytics providers — anonymised usage statistics only

All third parties are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection law. We do not transfer personal data outside India or the UAE except where necessary to deliver our services, and only with appropriate safeguards in place.

6. Data Retention

Enquiry and contact data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Client project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 5 years for legal and audit purposes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing reachus@codesizzler.in.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in your jurisdiction

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at codesizzler.in or engaging CodeSizzler for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CodeSizzler ("we", "us", "our").

2. Services

CodeSizzler provides technology consulting, implementation, and training services including but not limited to:

  • Custom AI agent development on Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio
  • Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Data platform architecture and analytics on Microsoft Fabric
  • Cloud infrastructure and migration services on Microsoft Azure
  • AI cost engineering and LLMOps optimisation
  • Microsoft-certified corporate training and enablement programmes

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed between CodeSizzler and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of CodeSizzler and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Deliverables produced under a client engagement are governed by the intellectual property clauses defined in the applicable SOW or Master Services Agreement.

4. Client Obligations

Clients engaging CodeSizzler for services agree to:

  • Provide timely access to systems, data, and stakeholders necessary for delivery
  • Ensure that any data shared with CodeSizzler is lawfully obtained and appropriately authorised for use
  • Settle invoices within the payment terms defined in the SOW
  • Comply with all applicable laws in relation to the services received

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of an engagement. CodeSizzler will not disclose client data, business processes, or proprietary systems to third parties without written consent. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of 3 years.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodeSizzler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total aggregate liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

7. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems. CodeSizzler reserves the right to restrict access to the website at any time without notice.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites including Microsoft, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). These links are provided for convenience only. CodeSizzler has no control over the content or privacy practices of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the termination provisions set out in the applicable SOW. CodeSizzler reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its website or services immediately if a client breaches these terms or engages in conduct that is unlawful or harmful.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Salem, Tamil Nadu, India. For clients based in the UAE, parties may mutually agree to refer disputes to arbitration under the rules of the DIAC (Dubai International Arbitration Centre).

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
